Fox 4 has been her home away from home for almost 2 decades! She started as a reporter in 2005 and worked her way up to the weekend anchor, morning anchor, and eventually evening anchor alongside Patrick Nolan.
That’s where she spent most of her years doing what she loved in the community she grew up in! Now, you can find her on Fox 4 Morning News from 8 am – 11 am. It’s the perfect schedule so that she can still help with homework, baseball practice, golf lessons, and bedtime! She thinks they might be adding ballet to that list soon!
Wegmann grew up in Cape Coral where she went to Caloosa Middle and Cape High (GO SEAHAWKS!) before heading to Tallahassee to go to Florida State University! When she is not working or with her family, she loves to. She has twin toddlers.
She has laundry up to her ears and doesn’t get out much these days! It’s just a season in her life and she wouldn’t trade it for the world. Wegmann speaks German and lived in Germany after college working at NBC Europe. her first TV gig was in high school where she anchored the morning news. She plays the piano, loves to cook, loves going to theme parks, and loves to travel.
