Brown moved from Grand Rapids, Michigan’s WXMI, FOX 17, where she delivered criminal reports to “West Michigan’s Most Wanted,” reported on breaking news, and solo-anchored the station’s Saturday night newscasts, to ABC News 4. Brown graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a B.A. in English.
She also studied at the Magid Anchor Institute in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Angela formerly held positions at WXMI, WJRT, WLWT 5, the NBC station in Cincinnati, Ohio, and WTOL, the CBS affiliate in Toledo, Ohio, where she began as a producer and eventually rose to the positions of reporter and fill-in anchor.
