Anderson’s passion for broadcasting started in 3 grade. After university, he labored at WGAL, the NBC associate in Lancaster, PA, and WBRE, the NBC affiliate in Wilkes-Barre, PA. During his time at WBRE, he often rushed returned to contribute to Weekend Today, in which he met the fantastic meteorologist Scott Williams, who on occasion filled in at the show.
