Gluck began acting after accompanying Caroline, his older sister, to a summer kids’ performance of Guys and Dolls at the Palisades Playhouse. His father and Robbie Chafitz, who co-produced the short film Time Out, gave him his first significant role when he was three years old. His major break came in 2011 when he was nominated for a Young Artist Award for his performance as Michael in the movie Just Go with It.

Later, he was given the role of Mason Warner on Private Practice and was promoted to series regular. He joined a TV pilot called Back in the Game from 20th Century Fox TV after the show was canceled. The series was chosen. In November 2013, the program was terminated.

He acted as Sam Ecklund in both seasons of the Netflix mockumentary series American Vandal and played Gabe in the Netflix series Locke & Key. Furthermore, in the film, he portrayed Rafe Khatchadorian in the film Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life and Jack Dunkleman in the Netflix original movie Tall Girl and its sequel, Tall Girl 2.

Moreover, in 2014, Gluck co-starred as Charlie on the Fox series Red Band Society, in which his character, who is in a coma, is the narrator of the show. In March 2015, he was cast in an NBC pilot, Cuckoo, which was not picked for the series.
