He auditioned for the 2019 Netflix miniseries “When They See Us,” which is based on the Central Park jogger case, and landed the role of young Korey Wise. Notably, after his initial audition, Ava DuVernay, the director of the series, recognized his talent and asked him to also read lines for adult Korey Wise. Consequently, he was cast in both roles.
