Orlando has been her home and her family for close to 10 years. Her career has covered the Elian Gonzalez saga, the Casey Anthony trial, Versace’s murder on South Beach, numerous presidential visits, the raging central Florida wildfires, hurricanes, and the Miami Heat’s NBA championship, as well as the Florida Marlins World Series win.

Sugalski won an Emmy in 2014 for her breaking news coverage of the deadly daycare car crash in Orlando and has been recognized by the National Traffic Safety Commission for her story on the improper use of child safety seats. I am also an advocate for children who are at risk of aging out of the foster care system before they are adopted.
