He has served in West Virginia, Mississippi, Charlotte, and Boston and has been nominated for Emmy Awards multiple times.
Additionally, he serves as a weekday evening meteorologist and features reporter at WTIC-TV FOX61(FOX CT)in Hartford. He joined FOX CT in 2013 from News 12 Connecticut. Scott has served for over 20 years bringing his broadcasting experience to the FOX61 Morning News weather team. He has also been a radio anchor at WPLR radio. Prior to that, he spent eight years working as a meteorologist at WTNH-TV ABC 8 in New Haven.
Furthermore, Scott has also been a meteorologist at WCCB-TV in Charlotte, NC; and WJTV-TV in Jackson MS. He was also the chief meteorologist at WOAY-TV in Oak Hill, WV. He is an award winner in the New Haven Advocate, the Hartford Advocate, and the New Haven Living magazine for his social media efforts. In his leisure time, he loves to be online.
