Levin graduated from Wayland, H.S., and later received his B.S. from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. Additionally, after graduating from Skidmore, Levin had a successful 10-year business career in Virginia and New York City. Prior to launching his Journalism profession. He landed his first journalism job in Yakima, Washington where he learned the business from the group up…. he was a complete “one-man-band” shooting, writing, editing, reporting, and anchoring the evening news for KNDO-TV. He joined WGRZ-TV Buffalo, NY in the Fall of 1998. Previously Levin served as the morning and noon news anchor for WWBT-TV, the leading news station in Central Virginia.
Furthermore, after his time in Yakima, Levin landed back in Virginia as the morning and noon news anchor for WWBT-TV, the leading news station in Central Virginia. Later on, after five years, he was off to Buffalo, Newyork to become the evening news anchor at WGRZ-TV where Scott contributed to making WGRZ-TV the overall news leader in the Western New York market. Levin also has won the 2011 AP award for the station of the year, and numerous NYSBA awards for Best Newscast.
Moreover, Levin’s favorite award of them all is being a husband and a father. In his leisure time, he loves to listen to Christian music, read, and spend time with his family.
