Travis originally is from Delaware and earned his degree in Meteorology at the California University of Pennsylvania. He began his career as a Meteorologist at 47 ABC (WMDT) working weekends and filling in when needed. His next step took him to Rock Island, Illinois to be the Morning Meteorologist for CBS 4 (WHBF).
Travis then returned to his home market at 47 ABC (WMDT), taking the role of Chief Meteorologist. 8News (WRIC) in Richmond, VA was the next stop, where he was the Meteorologist for the entire weekend. Travis started in Denver, CO (KDVR/KWGN) as the weekend Meteorologist and then moved to mornings on Daybreak.

When he has some free time Travis tends to enjoy the outdoors by spending time hiking, mountain biking, training for triathlons, or reading a good book!
